As trance evolved, so did Johan Gielen’s iconic Airscape project, blending trance, progressive, and techno influences. Last year, this Belgian-born Dutch DJ launched a new era for Airscape, unveiling standout tracks like “Invincible” with Sarah Anglionin, “Satellites” with Shakespeakers, and a moving remix of Tomcraft’s “The Beat.” Each release captures Airscape’s refreshed sound - a perfect mix of festival energy and introspective depth.

The legendary In Search of Sunrise compilation #20 recently dropped, also featuring Johan Gielen and his Airscape project. A highlight track "Piano Del Sol (Airscape’s In Search of Sunrise Mix)" that blends trance with Balearic vibes is honoring Black Hole Recordings' 25-year legacy. But the compilation offers more Airscape gems - “Love From Above,” released earlier in 2024, and the newly unveiled masterpiece, "In The Dust Where Love Is Gone."

Johan Gielen met Arkayne last year and just a few months later, they launched their first collaboration, "Save Face," which achieved significant success. Their partnership proved to be more fruitful than anticipated, as they consistently bring fresh innovation to the trance scene through their combined unique styles. Their newest track, "In The Dust Where Love Is Gone," features a warm melody enriched with rhythmic drum loops, entrancing synths, and soothing vocals, vaired with simple lyrics that reflect the bittersweet nature of lost love. This exquisite musical product is available in Original, Extended, and Airscape’s In Search Of Sunrise Mix versions, allowing for a full listening experience across all major platforms.
